Visiting the Property: We are not real estate agents and we actually own the properties we have for sale. We run a self-service setup which means you are welcome to go view the property on your schedule and at your leisure. We only ask that you do so during daylight hours. Access to the property is via Lower Red Creek Road to S 39300 W. Best route is driving up toward Promised Land Resort on S Lower Red Creek Road, turning off onto W 11100 S, and turning again on the dirt road I have outlined in the map. See all photos and Google Maps link for directions.
Notes from photographer: This property was surprisingly easy to access. The road does get a little steep, but most vehicles should be able to drive to it, you don’t need high clearance. There are neighbors on each side, both with at least a mobile home or small shack built. I did have 4G coverage for Verizon at the property. The property has a small road leading into it, plenty of flat space before the drop off, and then a steep incline with no flat space at the bottom. I did not see any power or structures on the property.
