Notes from photographer:  Property has rolling terrain from the southern to center and the property is mostly flat on the northern portion.  There is a small reservoir near the NW corner that holds low water.  Vegetation includes sporadic juniper on the northern border, and some groves on the southern border.  Cactus, hackberry bush and brush are throughout.  Wonderful mountain views to the southeast, south and southwest.  Views can be seen from the entire property.  No neighbors, 4G cell service available.
