Visiting the Property:  We are not real estate agents and we actually own the properties we have for sale.  We run a self-service setup which means you are welcome to go view the property on your schedule and at your leisure.  We only ask that you do so during daylight hours.  We have provided everything you need in the listing, including GPS coordinates of the four corners of the property and a Google Maps link so you can plug in directions to take you right to the property.

Access to the property is via N9017 a well-made dirt road along the western border and N9117 a well-made dirt road, and N9016 runs along the eastern border.  See the map photos for details on directions.

Notes from photographer:  The property is flat with nice views and vegetation is mixed with brush, grasses and cactus along with groves of Juniper.  There is no debris on the property.  There is a neighbor to the west at the SW corner, a neighbor to the west at the NW corner and a neighbor to the east at the SE corner.  4G cell service is good.
