Property Summary
This five acre ranch property sits at the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo Ranches. The range got its name from the beautiful evening sunsets that cast a red tint on the mountains. Here you can enjoy the crisp clean air of Colorado while having five local mom and pop restaurants within ten miles. So you can bird watch, hunt, hike and do whatever you want all day on your own and still have a place to eat dinner and grab gas and groceries just up the road. This property is easily accessed year around by gravel roads that are maintained by local government. Skiing in Taos, NM and Wolfe Creek Ski Area are both less than two hours away. Even with Colorado’s amazing growth this area is still one of the best kept secrets of Colorado and a great place for anyone who enjoys the spirit of adventure.
It looks like there is power in the area but not to the property as you can see from the photos. There are a couple neighbors in the area. I’d say they’re close enough to make you comfortable but not close enough to feel crowded. You can see from the pictures they aren’t even close enough to make it into the panoramic views you have.
Everything I know about this parcel is included in this listing and I have not been to this property.
