Even with Colorado’s amazing growth this area is still one of the best kept secrets of Colorado and a great place for anyone who enjoys the spirit of adventure.
It looks like there is power in the area but not to the property as you can see from the photos. There are a couple neighbors in the area. I’d say they’re close enough to make you comfortable but not close enough to feel crowded. You can see from the pictures they aren’t even close enough to make it into the panoramic views you have.
