Notes from photographer:  This parcel is in a housing community in the woods south of Concho and north of Show Low.  It’s about a 30 min drive from the lot to either town, which has everything anyone would ever need.  The parcel itself is wooded around the edges, but has a large clearing in the middle suitable for building.  The road leading here is a little rough in places, but not a showstopper.  There are many neighbors with nice homes.  I even saw a wolf on the property, which is rare.  The cell service was great.  This is an amazing piece of land as you’ll see in the images and video.
