Notes from photographer: This is a diverse and beautiful parcel. The main approach on County Road 6410 brings you to the west side of the parcel which is the lower-lying part of the lot. This section features a large rock face which leads to the higher elevation of the lot. This rock face is similar to those seen in the Petrified Forest and Painted Desert national park areas which are an hour or so away. Just beautiful. It is beautiful in its own right. This higher elevation presents you with great views of the valleys below. You can also access this higher elevation by taking County Road 6410 to 6411 and heading to the backside of the property where you’ll end up at the SE corner. Currently there are no other dwellings in that area so this area is almost completely private. The higher elevation also has its own recessed area as though it’s a little valley atop the hill. Very cool. Lastly, cell service with was good on this property.
