Located in gorgeous Northern Arizona, this property is tucked away in a beautiful secluded area. Click Here for Directions
In between the small towns of Holbrook, St Johns and Sanders, this property offers the peace and privacy you desire. The terrain is varied with plenty of great opportunity for all your recreational needs. During monsoon season, the Milky Wash flows through the southern tip of the property making for an ideal water source. Wooded with beautiful Junipers and no neighbors in sight, this spot is a nature haven where you can enjoy the stunning views and abundant wildlife. Elk, mule deer and wild horses are known to frequent these parts.
You are close enough to town to stock up on all of the basics yet far enough out that you can enjoy the peace of mind you need. Perfectly situated, you can spoke out to explore your surroundings and many outdoor adventures. Jump on historic Route 66 to enjoy the Petrified Forest or Hwy 191/AZ 61 to Lyman Lake for a day of fishing. You’ll love the wide-open vistas while still having the beauty and privacy the terrain provides.
Notes from photographer: This little parcel is in a corner between the main road and the RR tracks. It has some higher elevations toward the north, and it would appear that the southern/central end likely gets a little flooded in heavy rains. The route is simple from the Navajo exit along I-40, then head straight south for about 15 miles before taking an access road east to the property. During that route, you’ll cross the RR twice. I had cell service here and there does appear to be electricity nearby to the North and East along the RR tracks. There is a small road which runs from the SW to NE corner of the property.
I have included ACTUAL PROPERTY PHOTOS and satellite photos. I have not visited this property and have included everything I know about it below.
