Notes from photographer:  This large, 40-acre property is in a prime location along N7230, aka Witch Well Road.  Access is from Witch Well Road (N7230) which begins at US-191.  The bonus is that Witch Well Road is constantly maintained and most vehicles travel at about 30-45 mph here.  You can access the property directly from 7230 at the bend located at 34.885036, -109.437102.  There is no fence line around the property so it would appear many access interior areas at this point.  The land itself is about 50% trees and 50% bare, so there are easy options for parking RVs or to build.  Cell service here is good, although this location is about the point where all cell service dies to the west.  You can access this property by vehicle on the East, North and West Sides.  There is a small trail on the southern edge, which is likely from open range cattle.  In the mornings and evenings, from this area you can view Mule Deer, Pronghorn Antelope and even Elk, along with the usual rabbits, coyotes and small rodents.  I’ve seen them in this exact area previously.
