Notes from photographer: There is a lot of developing going on as they’re adding driveways and preparing neighboring properties. For now, the only neighbor is a small cabin on top of the hill above the property’s development pad. They refurbished the road, all up until the near this property’s line, so the road on Wall-E Way Rd. (the road off the main one that leads to the property) is dusty but is drivable.
