Access to the property is via Yankee Hill Drive from SR 377.  With Chevelon Canyon to the west, you will need to enter from the southeast side of the property.

Notes from photographer:  This property is a little ways from the highway but is easy to reach as all of the roads appear to be very well maintained.  The land is relatively flat with road access on the South and North ends.  There is only one visible neighbor a few parcels to the northeast, but otherwise this place is isolated, which is great.  Chevelon Canyon is within walking distance of the property. which eventually runs into Chevelon Lake about 20 mi south directly.  Cell service was limited.  The county recently graded the main roads up to a mile from the property.  Looks like water flows pretty well across the property.
