Notes from photographer: This property sits along US-191 between Sanders and St. Johns, but you can access it through an unlocked gate just a few hundred feet to the South along 191. This small dirt road will take you to the heart of the property where you will find large junipers, some spring-blooming cacti and overall some good flat land. Cell service here was pretty good as there is a cell tower to the NW. Utilities sit along US 191 and there are homesteads in the area, so all forms of utilities may be present. Much of the ground is sandy-dirt, but toward the Eastern edge the sand can become quite deep and loose, so be careful not to get stuck. With the right vehicle, however, all areas of this property are accessible on wheels.
