Notes from photographer:  This is a neat area that someone has spent time building up in preparation for homesteaders.  The roads are carved out perfectly and while bumpy, they are so wide it seems like they’re preparing for pavement.  The parcel itself is very wooded, far more wooded than the properties on the West side of US191.  There is road access on the North and West sides of this parcel.  There are utilities in the area, and cell service was good.
