Notes from photographer:  This is an easily-reachable parcel that has no appearance of ever having anyone on it.  There is a blue school bus near the NW corner, but it seems uninhabited.  Access is from the US191/AZ61 junction.  Take that main road down a few miles until you pass Terrapin Trail.  After Terrapin Trail, there will be a 45 degree road to the left, then another 45 degree left to take you directly south to the property boundaries.  Cell service was good.
